Meet Nancy Silverton -- co-owner of Pizzeria Mozza, Osteria Mozza, and Mozza 2 Go -- and her co-authors, Matt Molina, Executive Chef of Pizzeria Mozza and Osteria Mozza, and writer Carolynn Carreno, for a signing of their new book The Mozza Cookbook: Recipes from Los Angeles's Favorite Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria at Chevalier's Books on Sunday October 16th at 10am.Silverton trained at Le Cordon Bleu cooking school in London, England and at the Ecole Le Notre in Plaiser, France.
